I was traveling with my family for a wedding. I was welcomed with proper greetings and very humbly. The check-in was very fast and good. The lady at the desk also gave us a complimentary upgrade. ​I love this hotel; however, they recently started charging $15 for parking. I'm unsure what the justification is, as there aren't any patrols or security; it seems like just a way to easily increase revenue. Secondly, always check your bill at their restaurant. My bill was magically increased by $22, and while the bartender acted like it was a simple mistake, I wonder how many times this happens. The elite club is nice, but they've become quite strict with the drinks and the coffee. Every other hotel provides coffee all day without issue.

This hotel has been renovated fairly recently and has very nice rooms. They overall did a really nice job with this hotel. I stayed here several years ago and it is much nicer now. Was upgraded to a nice room due to status. Has a very nice concierge lounge and gym. Would definitely stay here again. Plenty of eating and restaurant options around the property.

Positive: The rooms are big and lots of natural light Negative: Renovations closed the pool and fitness center wich is why we booked here in the first place. No mention on any website and when brought up at check in the ladys facial expression looked annoyed.

The hotel itself is very nice and has been remodeled, but our experience interacting with the sales staff was quite challenging. If you are planning an event here, I would recommend being prepared for limited responsiveness. All of our communication occurred via email, as it was very difficult to reach anyone by phone. We had a room block for our guests and never had the opportunity to speak with someone directly, as phone calls were rarely answered or returned. Compared to other venues in the area, pricing also felt a bit higher, even for reserving a small meeting room for a small outside catered dinner. Overall, it is a pleasant hotel from a facilities standpoint, but the service and coordination aspect could use improvement, especially with South Asian events that require more flexibil
