Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago/Hoffman Estates

I arrived slightly earlier than my check-in time, but the staff managed to prepare a room after a short wait. They kept me informed while I waited in the lobby area. The process felt fair and transparent. Service standards seemed consistent.

BEWARE OF BIAS FRONT DESK STAFF TRACY!!! Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Treatment!!!!!!! This was our fourth time staying at the Hampton Inn in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. We have stayed here multiple times in the past specifically because it’s convenient to take our three daughters swimming during the winter. Unfortunately, this visit was so upsetting that we will never return, and I feel obligated to warn other families. We checked in around 4:00 PM with no issues. Shortly after, my boyfriend went to our car to grab our daughter’s pool floaties and goggles. While doing so, a police officer approached him, shined a flashlight into the car window, and questioned him about why he was there inside of his own vehicle, despite the fact that we were registered hotel guests. Positive: The people started out friendly. Then became defensive when I told them that we needed clean towels. Negative: Housekeeping every two days. Trash needs to be removed daily. Cups and coffee, tissue, and towels need to be refreshed daily.

Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago/Hoffman Estates|June 20, 2025||We were very pleased with this hotel. It’s located just off I-90, but far enough away so we didn’t hear road noise. The location is near O’Hare Airport and about 15 miles from downtown Chicago. It’s set in an office park, whose clean and pretty landscaping contrasts with the concrete parking lots and sea of parked cars in which many hotels of this sort are situated. Rooms at the back of the hotel have a view of a little lake, which offers a walking path. The hotel offers a courtyard for sitting or eating outside; also, the pool is housed in a separate structure, so no chlorine odors. The lobby is stylish, clean and offers a small vending area.||Our room was clean and, unbelievably, we could open the windows that overlook the pond.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Hoffman Estates, Chicago, with my family for my graduation, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the service we received. Jose, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right for such a special occasion. His attention to detail and genuine care made us feel celebrated and cared for throughout our stay. Having my family with me for this milestone was so important, and Jose’s hospitality made the experience even more memorable. Thank you to Jose and the entire Hampton Inn & Suites team for helping make my graduation trip one we will never forget.
