Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chicago - Hoffman Estates by IHG

Had the pleasure of staying here for the 4th of July weekend and celebrating my grandson turning 4. The location was ideal, located near everything that we needed. There was a carnival that we walked to, fireworks right outside the hotel. The room was spacious and they enjoyed the pool. The staff was friendly and available to address my needs, there was also complimentary breakfast, the hotel was booked for a large group so they offered a conference room for seating to accommodate the overcrowding in the breakfast area. Overall I would stay again.

The best part of the stay was the beds, and the TV had streaming so we could watch Hulu/Disney/Paramount. The only downfall was the stampede that kept occurring above us, at one point we were concerned but minded our own business (this was day of check in). All jokes aside, it was a decent hotel with a decent breakfast. I'd stay again.

Our one night stay at this Holiday Inn Express was very satisfactory. An event nearby required us to spend the night. The rates were affordable and the hotel was very comfortable. Staff was visible (not hiding in a back office as we’ve experienced at other accommodations) friendly at all times, and happy to help us. We had some confusion after our GPS directed us to enter from a large Cabela’s Store parking lot, but we figured out a new and more efficient route after we arrived. Our suite was one large room with a sofa, desk chair, convenience center, luggage bench, two very soft queen beds, comfy AC and a very nice updated window shade that darkened the room very nicely. I would HIGHLY recommend! Very very clean! So clean that my two boys even noticed the cleanliness! Breakfast was really good and had things other holiday inn express hotels don’t have (bacon, seasoned potatoes). Customer service was amazing! He reset the TV so we could stream the bears game to the TV. The laundry was high-tech and allowed electronic payment. The fitness center had a lot of free weights and was huge! Pool was perfect temperature and wasn’t stifling hot for people watching from the side.
