Hyatt Place Chicago/Hoffman Estates

This is a wonderful place to stay in Hoffman, Estates. The service and accommodations are impeccable. It’s quiet and clean. Vonetta in particular is highly professional, kind, and provides amazing service. She is thoughtful enough to remember you and help in any way possible. I couldn’t have kinder things to say about her. Will be returning!

Positive: Staff were exceptional front desk folks.Absolutely pleasant and fun to talk to. Negative: In need of renovation. Has a lot of wear and tear.

We have been very comfortable these two days here. The staff is amazing! The food is excellent! I am looking forward to the next six days. Vanetta and other managers are very in tune with our needs and comfort. I will definitely recommend this this Hyatt Place.

This is our 5th year staying at the Hyatt in Hoffman and every year they don’t disappoint. We come yearly for my daughter’s annual sleepover with friends and they’re always 100% accommodating. Veletta was super friendly as soon as we came to the front desk was helpful across the board with any requests we had.

I loved the staff. They are sooo helpful and so caring. You truly feel right at home. Vonetta, Alice and Fatima, and the manager; they go out of their way to help you. They are there for you... they even sit with you, yes, they sit with you to help you get directions... Vonetta has this hair bun that looks amazing, and I asked her how to do it, and she will show me... she told me what to get...so that she can show me... that is how friendly an accomodating the staff is. I am not sure I spell Vonetta's, name correctly. But when you see her, you will know; she has this hair bun on top of her head that looks fantastic! So elegant! So, you see, where do you get that super special treatment.... she goes out of her way, to make you feel right at home. They truly do an amazing job. My houseke
