Got this room at 140 for the night. Check in was super fast and easy. The room was nice but small. However it works for the night. The bed was so comfy and the bathroom was great as well. The only issue I had was the TV was not showing any channels and when I called to the front desk the guy talked to me like I did not know how to operate a TV. Beside that. Everything was great. The location is perfect.

Positive: The only thing I can say good about this stay here at this hotel was the bed was clean and comfortable!!! and the microwave was brand new Negative: wont be able to find the location easily,door is next to out of business doors it looks abandon parking sucks hope you don't get a ticket anywhere before7pm. HOT WATER WAS BROWN not properly cleaned tile walls were broken/missing/hair in towels&washcloths

Pros: Fast and capable customer service. The staff were able to answer all of my questions and solve my problems within minutes of calling. They were super helpful! The air conditioner/heater unit was also efficient. The towels and bedding seemed very clean. Cons: No secure parking garage is available, and parking on the street was not only limited but felt unsafe. The room itself is small and could have been better cleaned with some visible hairs, stains, and debris on the floor. Also, other guests were smoking on the property which brought a lingering odor into our room -- but the staff quickly brought up an air freshener to spray at our request which was greatly appreciated! I would only stay here again for events at the Kings Theatre across the street.

The location was great for the show we were attending at Kings Theater. However the rest of the neighborhood can be a little sketchy at night. The rooms are small, but very clean and the beds are comfy. The only thing we really had an issue with the noise in the hall late night and the smell of weed seeping into our room. However with what only seemed to be one staff member at the front desk it didn’t seem worth it to complain and probably not much he could do. Also it would be really great if they could add a couple wall sconces for lighting next to the bed. It looked like perhaps there is intention to do that at some point, but it hasn’t been done. The overhead lighting was harsh and difficult navigate to the switch if you need to get up in the middle of the night. Overall though it was

This hotel offers reasonable rates and proximity to the King Theatre. The Beverly subways stops are a reasonable walk away. Let's be honest with reviews. At this price point, the rooms are smaller and services are inline with the price. This hotel is great for someone needing a bed and a hot shower. The room and bathroom were clean. The AC worked great. The shower was hot. The location was ideal for the stay with plenty of food options in the surrounding area. The rooms could use a light outside of the main overhead light. A light on the nightstand or wall mounted next to the bed would be great. Currently, having to walk across the room to turn off the overhead and make the way to bed on the dark is a little inconvenience. Beyond that, good stay.
