Yes the motel desk guy friendliest to me early in morning checked me on fast after shoes me 2 rooms. I got a very good low rate 2 nights in a smokers room upstairs as I wanted that side too I said. The room was clean however after I wiped up small spill on table I see dirt stickiness residue black like dirt more I wipe off surfaces in room. The bed was super firm new be said great first night second night back hurting bad side arms. I wiped up floor to clean what I left on floors and towel turned smoke dark black color and dirt specks I took shower cleaned all towels I afraid stains more I wipe off stands side holds up bed all black dirt it then made tin water dirtier I told man on checkout next day he said he tell maids clean better use Swiffer clean I see Chicago. ?lobby doors frame I n

Positive: Location and staff Negative: Blackout shades did no good, after dark the room was easily navigated without turning on a light. Pillows were so light and soft there was no support

So I do write this review considering our hotel room was $65 after tax in 2025. Great price. If you’re coming for luxury you’ve severely missed the point of a red roof. Having said that, for what it is, it’s definitely worthy of a 5 star review. This is the second time we’ve stayed here. The front desk guy is one of the happiest receptionists I’ve ever met. He’s incredibly accommodating and embodies the meaning of hospitality. I travel with an elderly relative and her service animal. He was so supportive where some hotels are not. The room was clean and free of bugs. WiFi works and tv is unusually large for a red roof. That was nice. AC WORKED GREAT which has been a problem when staying in cheaper hotels. I would've rather have paid an additional $60 to stay where I actually wanted to. I had to clean the room as soon as I got there because there was hair in the bathtub & on the toilet between the tank & the lid. That let me know that the room hadn't been cleaned properly. The shower curtain was filthy, as well as the blanket on the bed. By now, I'm sure you wouldn't be the least bit surprised when I tell you that the refrigerator was unacceptable & the floor was absolutely filthy. I didn't sit anything on the floor, it all went on the bed I didn't sleep in or on the desk. I don't recommend this motel AT ALL! Book ahead, spend the extra money & stay where you want.

Always been iffy about cheap hotels but this one is awesome! Clean beds with fresh bedding, bug free and that’s a huge thing! The only thing I can say about the room is that it definitely could use a good sweep and mop on the floors since they’re not the cleanest but overall you get everything you need basically for a basic hotel stay and we have loved it so far! We will definitely be back
