Holiday Inn Texarkana Arkansas Conv Ctr

The breakfast restaurant staff were absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. We’ve stayed at this hotel twice in the past month, and even though the staff members were different each time, the experience was consistently excellent. Everyone went the extra mile to make sure we had a great breakfast experience. Service was prompt, thoughtful, and always delivered with a smile. A great overall example of consistent, high-quality treatment of guests. Highly appreciated and highly recommended.

Was visiting from out of state. The hotel is in a good location, plenty of restaurants and a Walmart nearby. Room and bathroom were clean. Front desk staff were very nice, and the breakfast was great! Only downside to my stay was the wifi was kinda useless. I couldn't connect half the time and when I did it was spotty. Possibly because I was on the top floor and down near the end? I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Room was very clean, a/c worked GREAT! Free Breakfast Buffett was amazing! & the staff is always nice & greets you with a smile. Beds were very comfy, bathroom was clean. Few issues- The room had a dresser drawer that kept opening on its own right in the walk way making it a hazard for your shins (lol). I had a late check out & put the “do not disturb” hanger on my door however got a knock on the door around 10 am:’( I understand it was the day I’m checking out but I planned to sleep in & still ALWAYS make check out time so I wish that could’ve at least been closer to the 12 o’clock late check out time. Pool area was pretty hot so we didn’t swim but it seemed well maintained. I’ve stayed here 4 times I believe & this was my first time booking a room with two queens(usually book king size

Very quiet room (top level) and our room had a nice view out our window of a water park. Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious. Breakfast the next morning had more options than most hotels and our server (Lynda Bond) was GREAT!|Most unique thing about downstairs in this hotel was the AMAZING QUANTITY of Christmas decorations, everywhere you looked! I’ve never been anywhere (hotel, store, someone’s home, business, etc. that decorated to that extent!

The staff is friendly and accommodating, had a slight issue with one of our rooms and it was resolved as stated. Staff was staying onsite due to winter storm and they were making the best of it. Quinn was able to get us rooms last minute after a horrible Air BNB experience. Sophelia made sure the rooms were clean and comfortable. Harrison and Jay made sure our needs were heard and communicated with us in real time. Ms. Lynda (Breakfast Manager) and Ms. Donna (Chef) made for a great start to our days with well cooked food and Lynda’s wonderful personality, her customer service is top tier. IHG made a great impression on Texarkana and I will return to this Holiday Inn for lodging in the future.
