Great hotel! Iris and the other front desk ladies are friendly, room cleaners are thorough and sweet, owner helped me big time with a situation that came up. Management takes pride in maintaining safe environment. Rooms are good, there is laundry, and the whole property is gated. Good value and easy access to gulf freeway. I stay here every time in Houston and will continue.

Rooms were very clean. The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. They gave me a thank you bag for staying with them. They can improve on there breakfast. The muffins were old. I have stayed at this hotel before and the breakfast was very good. Not this time. Please make sure guests have fresh breakfast and napkins. I realize it is a small hotel but don't slack on amenities because you are not slacking on the price. Thanks,

Me and my husband enjoyed our get away from the world. The staff is very friendly very peaceful. The rooms could use a little more attention. The floors wasn't mop. Found someone's else's hair on the floor ,ashes was in the nightstand drawer. Housekeeping needs to do better

This was a great weekend place to stay at. They had a bar downstairs that was nice and cozy and relaxing. Had a few drinks was able to go back up to the room. The comforters are so soft and amazing. The sleep was great. Place was clean. Staff was friendly easy front parking. The price was worth the stay here .
