Red Roof Inn & Suites Cleveland, TN

First thing I noticed upon walking in was the multiple holes in the blanket. The sink is dirty, multiple things in the room are dirty and stained. When I was in the bathroom I noticed a roach scurrying across the floor and then I noticed 2 more in the bathroom. Don’t come to this place, not worth it. Paid $81.00 to stay here for 1 night.

Positive: staff Negative: entry key did not work properly lamp at desk did not work even when i changed bulb toilet did not flush correctly ROACHES sheets white but ragged and holes sink hot water did not work

The beds were clean and comfortable but the bathroom had dirty corners and baseboards. The tub was clean

Sink falling apart, holes in sheets, no hangers, remote for TV missing back cover, had to fix the blinds falling off rail, tissue box empty, bathroom exhaust fan obnoxiously loud. lamp shades falling apart, just didn't feel clean..I felt cleaner without taking a shower.

Stopped for the night on our way to Indiana. Night receptionist took longer than she should have to greet someone. Then gave us a room that was already occupied. Seriously? How do you not know there is already a guest in that room? Room appeared clean but had a faint smell of maybe urine? Mold on the shower curtain. Parking spots are tight, so if you have a slightly larger vehicle, do not park next to another car.
