Red Roof Inn San Antonio E – Frost Bank Center

I really enjoyed my stay I had no issues it was very clean, I lost my key card had no problems getting another card, check in was fast and easy I had two rooms side by side like I requested.

This hotel is amazing. The prices are very good and the room service is always on time and always super clean when their done cleaning it. I been coming to this hotel for almost over a year now nd they never disappoint. So if your looking for a nice place to rest this hotel is where you wanna go.

Finding someones underwear in the bathroom is not something you expect when staying at a hotel, this have been the worst hotel I've even stayed in, it was filthy, the cover had what seemed to be blood stains, eyelashes on the floor, the yellow pillows, they havent wash those pillows in decades, used toilet paper in The shower, like seriously? Not sure how this hotel is still open, dont waste your money here

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE, PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS. This is the worst hotel I've ever been in. Besides the awful location being next to the freeway with constant noises, the room is disgusting. The entire room was extremely humid, and while we didn't have cigarette smoke smell, it was damp and musty. The AC unit smelled really badly like unclean dampness when we turned it on. The flooring is bubbling and feels like it's coming up. The walls are cracked and peeling. The bedsheets are stained, the floor is filthy, and the corner between the window, bed, and AC looks like it has dried vomit or food stuck down there. The curtains had specks of red on them, which looked like blood or some red drink. The bathroom is grimy, the shower floor was covered in slime, and one of us nearl

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! Wish I would have looked at the reviews before booking/wasting my money. This is a zero star hotel. My reservation was for a non smoking room, I was out in a smoking room covered in stains and bugs, so I requested a new room that was non smoking, not much of a change. Bathroom was so nasty I think I got sick from mold or maybe being eaten by cockroaches in my sleep. Red roof corporate needs to close this location and it can re open as the bugs and stains Inn. Seriously the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Will not be returning for this experience again. Save yourself the hassle and maybe book the airport location, it’s actually quite nice
