Positive: We stayed five days at this hotel and every day the staff has been accommodating, very friendly given us all the towels we needed. Very quiet stay. Clean and definitely recommend staying here very comfortable. Love the beds. Negative: Loved everything
Sure it's older but so is the price. What I didn't realize was I got a regular room which means no fridge, micro, coffee etc. I was given the option to up grade. I was given a handicap room luckily I'm short so the shirt shower didn't bother me but anyone over 5 for it wouldn't have worked. But all In all it was fine, rooms were large I got two attached staff was pleasant especially the cleaning people. Definitely no frills and hope you like black coffee(I do) there was anything to put in them at the time and Lisa didn't fit cups but all that is minor. I would stay again.
Great part of town, was 5 minutes from my place of work, life was good. I thought so anyway until I get a call that the front desk manager was being aggressive with my wife only after I want there and she was trying to de-escalate the encounter he tells her "I'm just a rude person that's just who I am" and then she finally had enough and got a tone back, he then calls the cops on her (I'm at work and I get a call telling me all of this) and we had 20 minutes to Vacate. The condition of our room wasn't the best, granted, but it's certainly not worthy of that greaseball bully to call the cops on her. We had plans to pick up what trash was around the day after as we live busy lives and don't always have time to clean.I had to uber back after he came upstairs to argue with her and continue to
The front desk people (excluding the manager) and housekeeping are lovely people. They treated my husband and I with respect, kindness, and humility. The room was alright. Barely-working toilet, some roaches, and limited hot water. The halls constantly smelled of rotten food. The manager is insane. He called me slurs, was incredibly rude to me, and called the police on me when I was rude in response to his rudeness. He only treated me this way after I dropped my husband off at work. He's at the desk often enough to know by now that I leave in the morning with my husband and arrive without him. It's creepy at best and predatory at worst. Single women: Do not stay here. You are not safe here.
Quick and easy check in. Friendly and helpful counter staff. Comfortable and quiet room with all the basic stuff, no frills. Good heat-a/c system. Nicely renovated bathroom. No breakfast but hot coffee with flavored creamers every morning.
