Customer Reviews
I’ve been staying at Red Roof Inn Raleigh North – Crabtree Mall / PNC Arena for the past few weeks, and I’ve had a genuinely great experience. First things first: cleanliness matters. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels where bugs are part of the “amenities.” Not here. I haven’t seen a single bug, and the rooms have consistently been clean and well-kept. What really sets this place apart, though, is the management and front desk staff. Kim, Victor, and Biren are outstanding. Every time I’ve gone to the front desk with a question or request, they’ve had a great attitude and handled it quickly and professionally. One moment that really stuck with me: I managed to lock my key in my room three different times (yes, three 😅). I was clearly having a bit of a meltdown. Victor didn’t make it awkwar
I just needed a room for one night and didn't want to spend $200. I took a chance on a budget place and I'm happy I did. The parking lot is a bit tight, so be careful with your doors. The lobby is no frills, but the coffee is free. Check in was easy and quick and the room was easy to find. Inside, the room was more than I expected for a budget place. Both the main room and bathroom were very clean. The large bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Not the best pillows, but not bad. My only complaint was a weird noise coming from the AC unit that made it a little hard to sleep, but forna one night stay I was very happy. I would recommend a small table in the room where you can eat ( since they don't provide any food). If you need a great room at a bargain price forna quick stay I don
Inexpensive and comfortable stay. About five minutes walk from the Crabtree Mall. Our initial room had poor WiFi signal, but we were quickly moved without any fuss or additional charge. One of many hotels/motels in a relatively small area, this one was ideal for our one night stay. The only minus was there was no breakfast available, but coffee was complimentary.
room was sparkling clean, you could smell the cleaning products upon entering, booking and check in was a breeze and there’s NO deposit. my only complaint is that i couldn’t connect my roku to the tv
This hotel did an excellent job accommodating our needs. We have a service animal and we were pleased with our experience. The rooms could be updated more frequently with new appliances. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and understanding during the Holidays. I would recommend staying here if you have a pet.
