Red Roof Inn Oklahoma City Airport -I-40 W/Fairgrounds

I have not stayed here in several years. I found the staff as helpful and pleasant now as they were then. The motel is older and should be upgraded. I'm sure that the housekeeping staff do their best. I didn't feel threatened or unsafe. A fair price overall!

This isn’t even with the 1 star they make me give. I give this ZERO stars. It’s forty, disgusting, bug filled, trashy characters everywhere. There were groups of men hooting and hollering at me, the security guard was friends with them, there was the smell of drugs in the air and the room had roaches all in the bathroom! I walked into my room and went right back to the desk to get OUT of there. It stunk so badly inside and outside. Some crack headed lady was talking to me and staring me down at 11pm as I walked into my room. What a nightmare! This place is disgusting. Sad that Tickets at work actually advertises for them. We went down the road to Tru by Hilton and the money was well worth the stay! The red roof inn should be torn down.

Positive: Nothing Negative: They kept my 50 deposit cuz my dog got a little blood spot on sheet. The flo?ron bathroom was nasty n wifi didn't work at all.

**BEWARE!!** I didn't even want to leave one star, that's how horrible this place is, but had to in order to leave this review. Do NOT give this place business. We ended up only staying one out of the two nights we booked, and left before checkout time. The place is utterly disgusting. The room was not thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in. Feet got black from walking in the room barefoot. Meth heads arguing all night outside. Heater did not work unless we set the temp all the way up to 90°. The concierge would not accommodate with another room or extra blankets. Bed felt like sleeping on plywood. Did not have access to the Wi-Fi. Upon leaving, there were nearly ten people doing meth or fentanyl in the stairwell (literally saw them burning meth or whatever drugs in foil, for which, I call

Greetings Red Roof Inn Management, I'm writing to request a full refund for my recent stay, as I checked out within 20 minutes of checking in due to the uninhabitable conditions of the room. Despite paying for a 3-day stay, I was forced to leave immediately due to the severe issues with the room. The room was infested with flies, had a strong mold smell, and the bed was broken and uncomfortable. As a frequent traveler who stays in numerous hotels every week, I've never encountered such poor conditions. The lack of cushioning and support on the bed was unacceptable, and I was shocked by the overall state of the room.
