Red Roof Inn Nashville - Music City

Red roof please find a solution for the smell. Air purifiers, cleaning, change filters, ect. This hotel needs some attention and major renovation. Looks like some minor attempts to fix things has been made, but not well. Bathroom door was delaminated. Mold in the caulking of the bathroom. The spout moves and you have to fight to turn on the shower. All air filters in the room were clogged with hair and dust. The room itself was pretty filthy. The walls had dirty finger prints, dirat and stuff on the floors, ect. One positive was the pillows. They were good fluffy pillows. And im glad, I needed to prop be propped up from angry sinuses. We all had sneezey, wheezy sinus attacks here. Seriously health and safety are questionable at best here. Cheap or not these things are not okay.

I went here during the ice storm. Didn't have breakfast. Room was a little dated. Neighborhood wasn't all that great. Have to say biggest dissapointment. The floors didn't look to have been mopped for a bit. And tub had grime in it. Lol and probably the smallest t.v. but it worked so its good .

Positive: Entry level was well kept and the holiday decorations were very nice. The staff at the desk were excellent and always helpful. The bed coverings and shower curtain were beautiful. The room was clean. Negative: I hated the way to turn on the shower - from the tub faucet. The return vent in the bathroom was filthy - hasn't been cleaned for years! There was no facial tissues anywhere, no pens or paper.

The workers were friendly for the most part and the facility was not bad. My boyfriend And I stayed reserved a room for three nights. I guess since we were staying three nights, housekeeping wasn’t supposed to clean our room, which was fine. We didn’t mind, but I went down And asked a staff member for fresh towels, and sheets. As I was changing the sheets, I spotted a huge bedbug!! So I got to looking In the Mattress found three Iive bedbugs. I killed them myself and showed them to the lady at the desk. Obviously, I got really freaked out and could not sleep for the rest of the night. I finally gave up trying to sleep and just checked out at 5am. I would’ve left early than that, but I did not want to be out in that part of Nashville so early in the morning so I waited Until daylight before

Found a 3 INCH KNIFE UNFOLDED AND SITTING UNDER THE EDGE OF THE MATTRESS. Didn't have super high expectations for the price, but the whole place was nasty and smelled. Dirt on the floors and grime on the walls. Bathrooms were gross. Pulled up the mattress to check for bugs, and found a knife sitting open right on the edge of the bed frame. Lots of questions like how did that get there and how did no one see it when they turned the room? Did they even change the sheets if nobody saw the knife in the room? What was even more unsettling was when we went to tell the manager at the desk, he was completely unfazed and didn't even ask us which of our rooms it was in. DO NOT STAY HERE, IT IS NASTY AND YOU MIGHT FIND A KNIFE UNDER YOUR BED!
