Red Roof Inn Memphis – Graceland/ Airport

This place is TERRIBLE, we booked it and received room 129. We checked out the follow morning. Came back the next night and received the same room 129. Roach under the bed, roaches in the bathroom and one smashed roach on the bathtube. Cleaning didnt pick up the towels that were left in the room at all. The bed is conformable but it has PLENTY of cigarette burns on the covers, this place needs a serious remodel. Air condition and heat only works when it wanna works. Especially the walls, ceilings, rooms and honestly the entire BUILDING. The deposit is $20 cash and its ran by some IRAINIAN people so you already know what to expect. Do NOT LET THE PICTURES FOOL YOU, nothing is REMODELED OR UPDATED!! DO NOT EXPECT ME TO COME BACK!!

All I can say is, don’t do it. I chose this hotel because I was doing a last-minute stop to go to Graceland. The area is scary and rundown. It is supposed to be dated, but the gate does not work and is always open. The room was completely disgusting. I chose not to even take a shower because it just made my skin crawl. I slept with the light on and kept looking outside, waiting for my car to get stolen or broken into. The floor is wet and slippery from condensation. The cup that was left for me to use with the coffee machine was not wrapped and had brown gunk around the rim of it. I know they say you get what you pay for, but I wouldn’t pay $30 for this room.

Room looks nothing like the pictures. Its an old run down, unkept, poorly managed hotel. It's in very poor condition. I wasn't pleased with my room, was told I could get a refund and didn't. They even recommend a better hotel (Holiday Inn) up the street. It's very scary to be there. Definitely would not recommend but appreciated the recommendation of the better hotel. A waist of money.

I had a truly wonderful stay at the RedRoof Inn Memphis – Graceland/Airport. The rooms have been beautifully renovated and are kept super clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Andy has been nothing short of professional, and his staff reflects the same high standards—every interaction was courteous and welcoming. The housekeepers, in particular, were extremely pleasant and attentive, ensuring everything was spotless and well-maintained.||||This hotel is truly one of the hidden diamonds in Memphis. With their VERY reasonable rates, you simply won’t find another place that is this clean, manageable, and inviting. We had room 104 the hot water did not work, the heat did not work there, and it was 19 degrees out side. The bed sheets had Stan's, and cigarette burns all over. Are door had a 1" gap on the bottom that let cold air in. It was the worst Red Roof i have ever been to.
