Red Roof Inn Martinsburg

For the price, I wasn’t expecting greatness but I can assure you there are prisons in better condition than this place. There were roaches, the floor in our room looked like it had never been mopped, cigarette burns in the bedding. It’s funny bc they have no smoking signs posted EVERYWHERE but when we returned around 11:30pm Thanksgiving night, there was a man at the front desk smoking a cigarette while speaking with the desk attendant. Don’t know if he worked there but the place is DISGUSTING. Do better.

Was very disappointed in this hotel. The sheets have blood stains on them. The pillows are not full, the floor turned my socks brown, the floors are also sticky. There are roaches. We stayed 2 nights thursday and Friday, had no service on our room Friday. Went out Friday morning came back at 5 no clean towels, the trash was still in rooms, beds not made. Went to front desk he gave me clean towels after I gave him dirty towels. Gave me a trash bag and told me where outside trash cans were.

I always stay here when my husband is in VA hospital in MARTINSBURG . Rooms have always been clean. Love that there is no longer carpet in rooms. Price is very good. This is no a fancy place but it’s nice and people at desk are very friendly. Thank you for being there!

Positive: It was close to my house. Negative: When I went there they told me they don't take locals. I was not aware of that and they stuck me on a specific floor for locals. It was dirty, paint missing on walls, drywall patches, dirt on the floors, sheets had spots on them... disgusting.

We drove an extra hour (that’s significant for me 😂) to get to the martinsburg red roof inn. Service is great. Rooms are clean, I know, I have a lab who leaves puddles after a drink. When I wipe them up, the towels not filthy. We found this one on our last road trip. I had said I was never staying at a red roof again. We were 0-2 (different towns) because they used to be nice & clean. So when they started having bugs, morning staff asking when we were checking out, I started staying elsewhere. Definitely recommend this martinsburg red roof inn
