Red Roof Inn Lompoc

The staff were very welcoming when checking in and out. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Got great rest! When we needed extra towels they were quickly able to get us new ones to use. Will definitely come back when in the area. Would recommend for anyone in Lompoc!

Positive: Didn't stay. Didn't honor reservation. Hotel room was unpmaid, no towels, no fire alarm, no working tv... Negative: Everything...real dump

I would advise to not book with them. The conditions of the place were very sketchy and dirty. Sheets were invested with bugs, not properly cleaned, comforter was stained, sheets had holes in it from people smoking. Fire alarm was tampered with exposed wires, deadbolt was replaced but the door itself barely hanging on and the latch had a missing screw. With all these going on, there was no towels available in the room.The management is impossible to get hold of fix any of these issues for over 3 hours.|After that, I had to check out and look for safer and cleaner alternatives later.

My check-in experience was positive; the staff member at the front desk was attentive and informative. However, it was evident that the property could benefit from some renovations. After dropping off my bags in the room, I spent the evening in Solvang. Upon returning, as I was preparing to relax, I unfortunately discovered a cockroach between the sheets. I recorded a video of the incident and, after dealing with that, noticed another cockroach crawling on the wall. I promptly went to the front desk to address the issue. I found that other guests were also voicing similar complaints in the lobby. The manager offered to move me to another room, but the front desk attendant indicated that no rooms were available. One guest shared that they had been moved three times due to ongoing issues.

For the price, this hotel offers excellent value, especially compared to others in the area. I would definitely recommend Red Roof Inn Lompoc to anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and comfortable place to stay. I would happily stay here again.
