I was very shocked at how empty the parking lot of this hotel was at first, but after my experience it all made sense. The person I spoke to at the night shift was beyond rude when I sent out my husband to ask for extra pillows. I dont seem to understand how someone does not have access to the housekeeping room like what if there was an emergency, what if in circumstances where in this case me being pregnant needs a few extra pillows because I accidentally forgot my body pillow and this person had the nerve to say that if I am pregnant I should have known To pack my pillow or request more pillows upon checking in so housekeeping can be able to give me the pillows I need, like I didn’t realize it until later at night I had forgotten it but why go make a pregnant women feel worse about a sit

Pros: Large room, low price Cons: furniture & carpet is very dated (needs to be renovated), has a pool but pool is never open, key cards sometimes don’t work The lady at the front desk (looks to be in her 30s/40s, has long brown hair, & claims she is the manager) was incredibly rude. We asked for clean towels on the 3rd day & she said no it was too late in the day (it was 9am). When we told her we had gotten some the day before at this time she exploded & asked what our problem was and if we were calling her a liar. After that she was rude to us for the rest of our stay, which we decided to cut short.

Ok, I admit this was only 68 bucks, so complaints are well, lets say, whatever. But for other folks, it is 8.2025 and the beautiful, full, indoor pool has "been closed since COVID." I mean, why is it full? Also, no elevator. Thats important for a lot of people.Rooms are very old, along with the mattresses. For 68, if thats what you can afford, go ahead, just dont expect much.

This place is seedy, filthy and loud. We had a pretty terrible experience. We booked 2 nights, but left the first night for the hotel across the street. This was my experience: The receptionist was kind and helpful. That's pretty much the only redeeming thing about this place. First, the receptionist is hidden behind safety glass. That should have been my first clue that this place wasn't very safe. Then there were shady people standing in the shadows outside of the hotel. It felt very unsafe. The people weren't smoking. They were just kind of standing there in the shadows when I drove around to the back of the hotel like the receptionist told me to. I did NOT feel like I would see my car in the morning. Positive: Location and indoor pool which I didn't use. Negative: Shower fixtures did not work well. Could not get hot water to work. Tried to get a down stairs room with no success. No elevator. At 84 yrs old, a ground floor unit or elevator would have been nice. Next month when I book I'll need downstairs please.
