Budget Inn-Lompoc

I had an exceptional experience at Budget Inn thanks to Jackie at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. She handled check-in efficiently while still taking the time to answer all of my questions with patience and clarity. What stood out most was her positive attitude and genuine care for guests. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and comfortable during my stay. It’s rare to encounter someone who balances professionalism with such warmth and kindness. Jackie truly sets the standard for customer service and is a valuable asset to Budget Inn. I highly recommend this location, especially knowing you’ll be greeted by someone as outstanding as her.

I have to say this is one of the most best hotels in town. Great service, in a great location. Close to stores and restaurants. Rooms are clean, tv worked . We were able to watch YouTube on the tv. We stayed in a kitchenette room. Stove was in very good and clean condition. We had a microwave , clean, workable condition. Did I mention a full size fridge? Yes ! A full size fridge! Coffee maker in room. Staff is very friendly! It was worth every penny spent! I highly recommend this place for a weekly stay.

Positive: Nice room got the superior queen. All white motif. Great bed. Negative: The owner is a gift and a curse. Didn?t want to rent me after deliberation we worked it out. But she polices the property well and has upped the clientele for. The previous owner a lot. Place had a bad rep now I?m recommending it to all the people I can.

On arrival, the hotel reception staff was helpful and non issues at this point, however there was a very rude neighbourwho loved to watch robocop at 4am very loudly and to make natters worse, the toilet and bath started to flood. We could not do any as no plunger in the room.||At 7 am, i seeked assistance from reception but not able to help, When i asked if there was a spare room so we could use to go toilet, they told me to continue to use it knowing its flooded, and to use the towels to soak up the water. How disgusting at 7am. |I asked for a spare room she said no, and there is no on-site maintenance as they lived 30mins away. And no other toilets on site that we could use, had wait 45mins to use toilet at a different hotel as the only solution was to move to another hotel 1/2 mike d

Worth the stay! Don’t think twice! Gets booked quickly. Don’t Miss your chance to stay at a peaceful hotel where I mean it’s clean I mean it. I had service every other day per my request . Always had clean towels and essentials. This hotel did not use bar soaps. They have this cute soap , shampoo and hair conditioner dispensers. Microwave, stove , fridge , coffee maker . Tv was able to hook up to the internet. That’s a new thing for me. I was able to watch Netflix. I had no issues with my stay. Not sure where the negative comment of bugs came from, but I can assure you I seen none.
