Red Roof Inn Kingsport

This is how a hotel should be. Super clean, laid out nicely with a wonderful staff and a hot breakfast for a long trip home. We stayed two separate nights because the first night was so good. Oh and did I mention we are road warriors who have stayed in hundreds of hotel rooms? True and this one was one of the best. I also did a wipe test on the floor and all that came up was some dust. The front desk was some of the nicest and kindest people. Will always be back if in the area.

Positive: Location and the comfort of the bed Negative: Plumbing in shower was not connected to the shower wall , no towel hooks or shelving close to shower, my wife is disabled so therefore had no where to set her towels, they didnt give but 1 wash cloth, 1 towel and did not allow anyone in pool 10am - 2pm

BEWARE! When we went to check in at this location after making reservations online they did not have accomodations for us! We were told all their rooms are smoking rooms, and the staff smelled of cigarette smoke! They have STILL not refunded our money! Spend your hard earned money somewhere else!

Stay here every 6 weeks for a week. Iam a truck Driver and don't come home but every 7th week. Always treated with respect and taken very good care of. Staff is terrific and very nice people. If you need something they always do whatever they can to help. Would always recommend.

Booked a room 2 weeks in advance to be close to the hospital as I had a health related appointment at 6:30a.m. and live an hour away. When I go to check in, she informed me that they have a policy not to rent any rooms to anyone who lives within 60 miles of the Inn. Wow! Would've been nice to see that on their web site, or even posted in their Lobby. Buyer Beware. Thankfully, I will be getting a full refund.
