New Travel Inn Kingsport

New Management is wonderful definitely 5 star service. The price is great we rented the room for a week maybe even longer, the property is quiet & located directly across from a Walmart. The room has been redone it smelled great, sheets were clean & they have everything you need such as brand new tv, free WiFi, refrigerator, microwave, extra lamps, towels, toilet paper & soap were in the room. New management is very helpful, got us checked in quickly & doing a great job upgrading the building/rooms. I highly recommend.

power wrnt out at our house on 9/27/24 so we booked a room. the room looked okay|so i took a shower and started watching tv. no problems untill we got ready for bed. i pulled the covers down on my bed and found it had 2ft diamiter pee stain and it was still wet .i asked for a refumd and was given saturday night but not friday . we left at 1030 that night to find a room.as i was leaving i ran into another family that was leaving also. he told me his room had roaches.

What a terrible experience! I showed up from out of state at 8pm. The office was closed so I had to speak with the owners through a small slot on the side of the building. They gave me a room that was clearly a Crack den. The sheets were visibility dirty and had holes, there were holes in the walls, the wifi password was written in graffiti on the back of the door, cobwebs everywhere, and visible signs of bed bugs under the mattress. I walked out 30 seconds after I walked in. I asked for my money back and they tried to give me a different room. They just argued with me and then told me they would give me a refund but also charge me for a "booking fee". Now I have to spend the morning on the phone with my credit card company to make sure they don't rob me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! FAR F

Positive: Closeness to Bristol Motor Speedway Negative: Room had a musky smell. No trash cans in room. Beds need new mattress

After 10 minutes of being in this disgusting place I turned in my key and left. I absolutely will not refund the money. Even if you find drugs in the room!
