Red Roof Inn Houston North - FM1960 & I-45

Front desk is excellent The hotel has a big parking lot One thing important I booked through booking.com And hotel didn’t get the booking But booking.com charge me already So hotel have to cancel booking And rebook me or I have to find another hotel room It’s already 3 am Booking.com probably has a glitch in their system and this jammed up the booking In the morning, I see 2 other guest having the same issue Booking.com payment system to hotel and sending info insufficient maybe

There was a serious accident at this location involving four people. The car flipped from I-45 onto the feeder road and was completely crumpled. The vehicle appeared to be at risk of catching fire, so we asked the owners for a fire extinguisher. They refused to provide one. This response was concerning given the emergency and showed a lack of urgency and safety awareness.

Good customer service, clean and Inexpensive. If you want basic clean this is where to go..|If you are looking for fancy and better selfies..... then go up the road and spend 3x as much. I like the simple and less expensive. No sense in spending extra money for no reason.

The price is way too high for the conditions of the rooms. Both my front door to room and bathroom door would not close properly. And even though housekeeping cleaned blankets and sheets they came with holes and stains. I did see some roaches. Vihba,her husband, and son (the family that runs that location) are not too nice in their communication with their customers. They were helpful in their own ways, but how they speak to people is harsh. However, Ms Tameko was what made my stay worth while. She was always very warm and welcoming. She goes above and beyond for the customers. I have seen her attempt to speak Spanish to communicate even when being not fluent in that language. She was patient and made sure to explain the point systems of the hotel while the other staff didn't bother. Her c
