Red Roof Inn Hampton Coliseum

I have been a frequent customer at this entity and I’ve had to take the initiative on multiple accounts to clean the surfaces of the room. Including the floors, bathroom, tub after I told has told staff about the lack of cleanliness. And for three days I had requested full service for the room I was occupying and it never occurred. I repeatedly expressed to staff that the service never occurred and therefore my room wasn’t cleaned and linen wasn’t changed for three days. I finally got thru to mgmt. and explained the issue and all that was done was the exchange of linen. Surfaces were still dirty and tub wasn’t cleaned also. I emailed mgmt again and there was no reply and all of my complaints were only met with I apologize, I’m sorry with little action taken and no accommodations. I wouldn’

Positive: The bed was comfortable Negative: The towels in the bathroom. We're not cleaned good enough. There was still dirt and grime from the last time they were used. The towels all together need to be thrown away and replaced with fresh towels.Or use stronger cleaning products.

The elder lady who checked us in had excellent customer service skills, care and was knowledgeable! I am big on customer service care, communication and listening! When I receive great care; I think that's a great thing and will inspire me to return! She provided exceptional care handled my issues and I appreciated that fact! Kudos to her! She deserves a raise and you need more like her! 👍👍

Every time I come here I'm treated like. I'm part of the family. The front desk lady when she is here. Knows me by my name as soon as I walk in. And my room is clean. Just need the little tissues back in the room and a TV guide so you don't have to go thru every channel to find something to watch.

Standard low/moddle end hotel. I had a room at the top of a stairway, but didn't get kept up all night or anything by people coming by. Staff was always nice when I talked to them. Good place to spend the night when you're traveling, or for a few days to visit the area
