Customer Reviews
Pros: Friendly Staff, Great Service, Great Location Cons: This hotel is tired. Peeling wall paper, dingy carpet, broken bench in room, not the usual Hampton Inn quality. Its also very noisy as it sits right on the main road.
The rooms are a little bit older, but not bad. Everything worked as it should. Staff is friendly. If you need to get into the Fitness Center before 6am, the front desk will accommodate you. I would stay here again.
I've stayed in many Hampton Inn hotels and have always been happy with the accommodations. This location, however, was a big disappointment. The room door was loose. It took several tries to open the door lock from the outside. The inside was worn with a stained bench and no luggage rack. The stained bench caused us concern because we couldn't tell if it had been cleaned, which made us suspect the cleanliness of the rest of the room. The floor in our bathroom was damaged. ||The good news is there were plenty of handicap parking spaces.
Positive: "" Negative: My room wasn't ready an hour after check in time. The shower door was moldy on the outside. The bathroom ventilation fan did not work. The bathroom sink cold water faucet leaks onto the countertop. The tv lagged and skipped all night.
Just an honest review, it wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, but there were many negatives. First, I unknowingly booked a smoking room (didn’t think those even existed anymore). I checked into the room and the fowl smell overcame me, I couldn’t stay in there for more than a minute. Thankfully, the very friendly front desk agent switched me to a non smoking room immediately. Despite that, this hotel is incredibly outdated. Everything is stained, old, and feels gross. The fire alarm went off twice during my stay for no reason, one time in the middle of the night, and it was going off for 5+ minutes. The bath tub drain was so clogged that the tub filled with water every time I showered, and it was gross. Upsides was the friendly staff, good location, and easy parking.
