Holiday Inn Express Hampton - Coliseum Central

Good morning i am Mrs. Erica Sanford i stayed at this property for 3 days due to helping my daughter out in the local area with family issues. I was checked in by Mrs. Rankin at the front desk. Mrs. Rankin i want to let your bosses there know how much i appreciate your kindness and listening to me when i needed someone to talk to. My grand babies asked could we go see the nice lady at the front desk before we go. God bless you and keep showing God's love.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The welcoming clerk set the pace with her friendly and professional attitude when we arrived late Friday evening. Our room was clean and comfortable when we entered. The AC controls and shower were a bit tricky, but we figured them and had a wonderful stay. The breakfast attendant and dining area staff were just as friendly and very personable. We felt like we were visiting a distant cousin. At check-out we were greeted with more positive attitudes and fantastic service. We look forward to returning next year if not sooner. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Overall the room was mostly clean, bathroom floor was sticky. The comforter had a few stains. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. It’s in a good location as far as access to stores/shops. The hotel guests were quiet but the Waffle House attracts a boisterous crowd around 12am, the music and bass blaring plus the people talking loudly made for a sleepless night. Also, you can hear every loud car including the police sirens that was on the road. The hotel was full so we could not move anywhere. It has potential but if you want peace and quiet you may want to consider another option.

We had a great stay and really appreciated the friendly and competent staff. The entire area was booked up for this weekend and I was definitely concerned that service may be lacking under the circumstances - but this place was prepared and ready for us all! Our connecting rooms were nice and ready for us when we arrived - check-in was quick and easy. Thanks for a great stay!

I came in town to visit my family & friends. Coming home to the 757 is always so much fun for me and I chose a hotel location that was close and accessible. Shoutout to the late night front desk staff-Austin & Adrian, very helpful & accommodating as well as Angela and Michelle. Super sweet! I had a double bed room and also a king bed room during my stay. Nice & clean. Hotel is located right of the interstate and near plenty of eateries & shops.
