Red Roof Inn Greensboro Airport

Excellent customer service. I booked a smoking room, and was SHOCKED at how nice the room smelled. I even called the lobby to ensure they gave me the correct room. Coffee maker in room was STOCKED full of coffee and condiments. Freezer was frozen over, but for the price it is a complete non issue. Staff is more than willing to replace the fridge or room.

Positive: Pet friendly and nice staff. Negative: We had to move three times. The first room was extremely smoky like some just put out a cigarette. The second room was not clean and the door broke early the next morning where we could not lock the door. Third room was filthy, we had to clean our room…

Hotel lobby rooms, lobby and breakfast area was very clean. |Friendly staff- always a greeting and a smile. |Was quiet at night which was great, as we had to be up early. |Would like to show appreciation to Tasha from the laundry- she was so sweet. Me and my sister booked a hotel at this specific location. We had a great start, probably because we wasn’t there all day, however when we got back to the hotel to get situated, we found stains in the beds covers and sheets. We spotted many bugs I. The room. Trash under the bed. So we then reported this to the night crew(management) they were very rude, they also didn’t have any extra covers or anything so we knew they were not great with being sanitary, so they didn’t want to move our room. The next morning after check out we spoken with a sweet lady(head manager) she was able to assist and let us know that we should have been moved and gave us money back because we didn’t deserve to be treated in the manner that we did. Just have to say that this Red Roof is hands down the best place I have ever stayed!! 😃 The staff is excellent they go above and beyond the typical standard hotel employee expectation. Robin at the front desk really takes the time to understand each guests situation and is beyond helpful. She has to be the best hotel manager I have ever met in fact I have extended my stay with this establishment simply because of her help and heart for this hotels clientele. I have been amazed at how hard she works and goes out of her way for not just myself but every guest she encounters!! I also have to say that the housekeepers are amazing and super helpful as well!! They always ask if I need anything and have been great in spite of my little dog barking and sometimes growling at them. They all just ext
