Red Roof Inn Durham - Triangle Park

Rooms are magnificent. The staff are also welcoming and respectful as well as the environment. People who are getting a room has to more knowledgeable of the rooms themselves instead of using a third party. The standard king does not have refrigerator and microwave in them. The deluxe 2 full size beds and superior king has the refrigerator and microwave in them and are going to pay more for them.

We had some issues but the staff was great with correcting the issues and providing great customer service especially the staff member by the name of Deepak his customer service was top tier I would stay here again.

The service was great and the cleaning crew does a good job cleaning the rooms and making sure you have everything you needed for your room

I’ve stayed at other Red Roof hotels and none of them were this clean and the staff up front are very nice and friendly to you…the rooms are very clean too!! It was nice and quiet around the property so you can sleep well after a long day out….

The most important thing was the cleaning staff was very helpful and they did a great job cleaning my room and making sure that we had everything we needed
