Red Roof Inn Culpeper

Had a pleasant night stay. Room wasn’t very clean, but it appeared as if it had not been used in a while type dirty not as if it was never cleaned! Bed slept very comfortable and bedding was clean. Towels and linens were clean! Refrigerator had a small leake. Pricing was very affordable. Front desk staff was excellent and very professional and nice! I’d definitely stay again. Thank you my stay was on 12/8/25

Positive: "" Negative: Roaches and other bugs. Room overall not kept clean. Purchased bug spray Tuesday night, killed some roaches. left them lying in place near base board, they were still there when I checked out Friday morning. Area between head of bed and wall filthy.

Look, it's not the best place you're going to stay, but it's a cheap stay and that's all I need. The non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes which stained the scent of my disposable hospital masks, and it was gross. Ultimately, it met the qualification of being a place I could get some sleep during the day before work. Would I go again? Perhaps. The staff was accommodating and respectful.

My stay was supposed to be for a week. Ended up leaving after the first night. The room was filthy at arrival. They gave us another room instead which wasnt any better. The building is infested with roaches. DEAD AND ALIVE. We found dead roaches IN the bed, live roaches crawling on headboard of beds, up the walls & all over the bathroom. The paint in the bathroom was chipping & the children were crying and afraid to fall asleep because of the roaches. The sheets smelled funny and the whole building smelled like an ash tray. Will never stay again nor will I ever recommend to anyone. This ruined it for ALL RRI.

ROACH HOTEL! Came here needing a safe quiet space. However, in the room I am in I have killed 3 cockroaches. The water is dripping from the bathroom sink as well as the bathtub. As long as roaches have access to water then there will always be an infestation no matter how much you spray. The refrigerator knobs and shelves are broken and the A/C is full of mold. Asked for the issues to be fixed but apparently no full time maintenance on premises. The staff is shasy and the hotel is in need of a lot of repairs and TLC. Clients should not be susceptible to vermin when they carry disease and are a health code violation. Roaches carry E. coli and dysentery. All faucets and tubs dripping water should be repaired and the entire premises fumigated immediately. Have also been kept awake by an
