Suites at 249

Our four night stay was perfect. The rooms are spacious and the housekeeping staff are amazing...the rooms are spotless! Great location and all of the great restaurants and shops and easily walkable. Will definitely stay there again.

We had the best experience staying at the Suites at 249. The staff is so responsive to emails and the check-in and out process was so easy and seamless. There is great parking and the location is perfect. The rooms are so modern and clean and spacious. We highly recommend this hotel and could not have had a more positive experience.

This small boutique hotel is located right in the middle of the downtown area and is a great alternative to cookie cutter chains. The Acqua suite was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom is large and modern. My only caution would be is if you can’t climb stairs, this hotel is not for you since there is no elevator. We will definitely return.

What a lovely stay. Room was huge, clean eloquent yet very cozy. We loved the fireplace, balcony and amazing steam shower. These suites are located right in the heart of all that is Culpeper. Check in and out was a breeze! The little extras in the room were unexpected. We will be back!!

Awesome little hotel. Killer room. A classic old commercial building (I'm guessing 100 years old), that's been completely refitted to accommodate guests who can appreciate the paradox of staying in a contemporary suite within such a vintage building. 12 ft ceilings, huge windows, walking distance to anything in Culpepper, and similarly priced to the cookie cutter hotels in the area. Super comfortable room, quiet, and a great bed. Only suggestion for the Sienna, change the window treatments so they pull down, vs. push up. There's no privacy they way they work now if you want to let the light in but keep outside eyes from peeking.
