Let me congratulate the employees who work here first! 🥳🎉👏🥰 I travel a lot for work, & unfortunately…nine times out of ten, I often find negative, abrasive, unprofessional and down right miserable hotel staff. Unfortunately, in this day & age & all too often we have grown to accept bad service as the new norm. BUT NOT HERE! Amanda 💕 at the front desk, Brianna 🥰 at the front desk, and also Ms. Melissa 👏 in the restaurant: Hands down the most kind, happy & professional staff members I have encountered in a long time! All have gone out of their way to go above & beyond to always make me feel so very welcome. I have been staying here now for almost a month for work & they treat you like family:) These exemplary women, have showed me in every way and every day: that true amazing customer

NO! Just NO! ||||Yikes! FILTHY with literal Trash ||||RIDICULOUS that you MUST go OUTSIDE to get to Elevator and then go OUTSIDE again to get to Rooms while passing filthy areas, trash, smoking areas, smoking rooms and sketchy activities that make you hope and pray your car is safe and that you will not be a victim of anything more than being ripped off by sketchy motel that looks worse than Movies show for Pay by Hour for illegal activities and hookers that are not for fishing. ||||NOT handicap Compliant and Risks||||Filthy, unprofessional, mold, mildew, Police banging on Guests doors and being LOUD while Staff smokes, gossips and stares as if they do NOT realize WHY they have a JOB and get paid to HELP Guests who PAY to STAY to SLEEP and RELAX! ||||This place is a JOKE with very dated Ro

Positive: Clean room, free breakfast, location. Negative: Wifi is unreliable. Should probably bring your own hotspot if possible.

Awesome stay! The staff is wonderful!!! AMANDA AT THE FRONT DESK IS AMAZINGLY! Outgoing super helpful and professional. Rooms are very clean and I’ll be back to stay again & again!!!

One of our usual stays when in the area. Nice to see the renovations. Our room was brand new and fresh. The cleaning staff was extremely accommodating and super friendly. The area is conveniently located to many destinations and is nicely quiet. The bed was comfortable and the video offerings were perfect. 2 notes of interest for the Baymont: 1. The toilet paper holder has a pointed edge and is elbow high for some. 2. Would like to see AC outlets on the nightstand for those CPaps and other electronics that need to be by the bed. Otherwise, thanks.
