Red Roof Inn Chattanooga - Lookout Mountain

Booked last minute reservation, the lady at the front desk so nice. She was kind to show me how to work the door key. The room was nice, has a lovely indoor heated pool, washers and dryers. It's located between two popular eateries you can walk to. Has a nice view of the mountains. Thank you for my stay see you next time.

Positive: Food was good. Just a great place to stay. I like the fact they give you the pet info up front. I like the idea of accepting cash for thr deposit. You get it back when you leave and don't have to wait days for it to be put back on your card. Negative: ""

The room was clean and everything worked. Little to no road noise. The breakfast is included and, although the breakfast area was small, there was meat/eggs/yogurt/milk/muffins/juice on the breakfast bar, which was surprising for the budget hotel category. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again when in the area.

The typical cheap hotel that should be $39 but cost twice that sheets were clean that was OK room was clean but the air conditioner filter hadn't been changed in a year the first room I went in smelled like smoke and so I made him change my room The second one was better exactly what you expect for $39 but it's $89 Towels were stained and picked. They ran an extra hundred dollars on my credit card and the son said they would return it if the room was in good condition I'm not a big fan of that practice

We arrived very late and extremely tired. We checked the bed. The sheets and comforter were both white and spotless. Great bedding, sheets and bed. The room was spotless and smelled fresh. Small bathroom but it had a tub and the price was right! Unfortunately, the water hardly got hot enough to take a proper shower. It definitely did not have enough hot water to fill the small tub. Now it’s very late …. And we find our first of several baby cockroaches. Needless to say, the bed was awesome but I could not sleep because I kept imagining bugs on me. We reported and left as soon as possible. I will not be bringing in my suitcase into the house.
