Red Roof Inn Chattanooga - Hamilton Place

Let’s start with the room, the room lacked a coffee machine, iron and ironing board, fridge and microwave. I went to the front desk at about 11 PM and the man would not allow me inside to use their microwave in the guest area because he said it violated his safety. I’m a guest and I should absolutely be allowed into a guest area to use the facilities, especially if one is not in my room. I honestly believe he did this because I am Pakistani and he was going off of my appearance. I would greatly appreciate if this was resolved with that worker, but I expect nothing to happen because of my experience here.

Positive: Location Negative: Front window curtain was too small to cover the entire window. Had to hang a towel over one end, so no one could see in!!

Though the young man, Wesley was very helpful in getting us the room we needed. I was disappointed to learn the next day that they do not have guest laundry. The mattresses were uncomfortable also. We do want to thank Wesley for all his help. In finding the right room on the 1st floor.

This is just your standard hotel. However, the rooms have been upgraded,and look really nice. The rooms are very modern looking, and clean. The hotel is in an excellent location. Many restaurants, gas stations, and right off I-75 expressway.

You get what u pay for i guess, but I dont think this place knows how to clean rooms. The floor seemed to have some kind of oily film on them and nothing seems to have seen a sponge or any kind of cleaning solution. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone
