Unfortunately, I have been staying here a month until I find an apartment. What ticks me off is i have to leave because I don't have the funds for this one night. I told them I'm staying another week and I was going to pay in the morning. For Pete sake, I've been here for 4. Now I have to lug all of my things out because they couldn't wait a night. Hell for as much as I pay, they should gift me a night free. It's an ok hotel,. Everyone was nice when I paid $530 for the week. Not nice when they would have to wait a day. The big guy at the front desk was absolutely rude. Of well, I'll go pay my $500 a week elsewhere. Thank you for the courtesy for my loyalty. Ciao

Any time I've booked a room here they're always friendly and get me set up quickly. The rooms are always cleaned and well appointed.

Room dirty and smelled funny. I was there for business and someone else picked up the check - so stuck it out - almost treated it like, "if I can survive this then I'm good." Bed was clean, and door locked. I will never return.

Desk worker tonight January 8th 2026 and smart ass female tried charging for a room that was already paid for on a business account. Then asked about the microwave and mini refrigerator that was to be in the room got told that that would be an upgrade to the and sad that would have to be paid in cash and she wouldn't upgraded the room knowing this was on the business account she isn't a pleasant sole an all

Dirty room and they had Roaches everywhere!!! Hopefully we didn't get any in our luggage !! Gross and dirty. Dont waste your money . Go to Microtel super clean super great service !
