Embassy Suites by Hilton Akron Canton Airport

Very clean hotel. It needs updating, but it is adequate. The great thing about this hotel is the staff. The bartender is phenomenal. She was very friendly and helpful. The staff at the reception desk was very friendly. The breakfast is top of the line. The staff is outstanding and extremely friendly. They are very lucky to have the quality of people working here as they do. This makes a difference where I choose to stay. I stayed at hotels that were beautiful, in extraordinary locations and the staff wrecked the experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel! We attended a wedding at the hotel. Our room was well appointed and clean. Bathroom was nicely updated with a walk-in shower. King bed was very comfortable. Evening complimentary cocktail hour offered drinks and snacks. Complimentary breakfast offered made to order eggs as well as omelets. Bacon, sausage, and pancakes were plentiful, as well as fruit, bagels, toast, oatmeal, and pastries. Something for everyone!|Wedding was wonderful! Our filet mignon was cooked to perfection, which is an almost impossible feat when serving approximately 200 guests. |Staff was so friendly and helpful, both at the hotel and during the wedding reception. Receptionist upon checking quickly moved our room to accommodate our request to be near our grandchildren for babysitting purpose.Kudos to all

Positive: This hotel is clean, quiet, & has a nice cocktail hour + hot breakfast with made-to-order omelettes. The rooms are cozy & clean. In the past, we?ve only had one complaint ? the front desk. But this time, the new front desk worker Tommy was perfect! Negative: ""

I love the breakfast & the heated pool. Room was spotless, no issues. The few employees we interacted with were very friendly and we got checked in quickly. Conveniently located to shopping, Starbucks, & restaurants. This was probably my 5th time staying with them. Highly recommend it.

We were visiting Canton for a wedding. The wedding party was staying at the Embassy Suites so we decided to stay there too. We had a great time and the staff were so friendly. We checked in and upon check in we were treated like family. We had in Michigan clothes and thought we would get grief but we actually got a Go Blue! Keith took great care of us at the bar and made a wonderful Old Fashioned. Breakfast was a nice spread with made to order omelettes. The only issue was the pool was not very warm and there was no hot tub. Thanks for a great stay.
