Best Western Plus North Canton Inn & Suites

The room was spacious and accommodated my 3 friends and I. The beds were way more comfortable than I had expected, low noise levels throughout. It was easy to connect to wifi, and breakfast biscuits were not fresh but everything else's was. The ordering out food options were great, quick and easy!!

Positive: Room was clean and breakfast was better than average hotel fodder. Negative: Been staying here for a decade and watched it go down hill. Room was clean but needs updated. Shower needed caulked, drywall seams needed patched, toilet wobbled and needed re-set. Also used to have a wonderful hottub but removed it for "safety reasons"

People who need to stay near the front of the hotel are disregarded. Noise level created by unprofessional employees talking loudly before 7am, workroom doors closing loudly next to a booked room, and noises coming from the workroom after 1am. You can report it to the OWNER of the hotel, but it will not help. Listening to him make excuses just makes it worse. If you need to be near the front and want to get rest, I don’t recommend staying here!

Great place to stay. Clean room. Huge bathroom. Nice staff. This place was nicer than the Hilton we stayed in back in September near Cincinnati.

I don't normally do reviews, but had to take a min to give a 10/10 to Darcie (Sorry if spelled wrong) she completely went above and beyond and saved me from a terrible Airbnb situation while in town visiting. The entire crew from housekeepers keeping the hotel immaculate, to my room was very impressively well kept ( and I used to work at a hotel). As well as the delicious breakfast *chefs kiss * 🤌 served with a smile from the sweet lady working. Thank you guys and I'll be back again soon! -MM
