M Star Hotel North Canton - Hall of Fame

They say you get what you pay for ...well, got it! This place is totally disgusting! A dirty little place, but hey...the price was right! Upon arrival (around midnight) I pulled back the covers on the bed only to find the sheets dirty and hair on the pillows! The floors were filthy and looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in months! I refused to walk on them without my shoes on. To their credit, after complaining, they sent a guy to make up the bed with fresh linen....at midnight. mind you. 🙄 I'm really not a picky type person but this place is over the top disgusting!! Next time I'll pay the higher price for a decent, clean room. If I were the motel owner/manager, I would be totally embarrassed to rent rooms in such filthy conditions! Never, I mean NEVER AGAIN!

Positive: Nothing we didn't even spend the night there Negative: Everything it was dirty nothing updated.. people looked like they lived there.

Other than desk being manned regularly for an extended stay hotel wasn't a terrible experience and would go again if needed. Booking rooms was kinda complicated but staff were pleasant and tried to help as they could with trying to accommodate.

Checked in and out with in 5 minutes on July 2nd! I walked in the place smelled like bleach so I assumed it was clean boy was I wrong. Got to my room and food a filthy bed and roaches. The room reeked of mold as well. I went up to the front desk and explained that the room was filthy and I would like a refund as there’s no way I would be staying there. I was told I would be given one and should receive it in the next few days. With it being a holiday weekend I have them grace but now here it was almost the end of August and still no refund. Every time I call I’m told only the owner can give a refund but of course they are never in and no one knows when they’ll be in. Don’t bother staying here your better off in your car.

Have been staying here for a while now and can honestly say while the pictures might not match the rooms the overall stay was amazing, from the staffs friendliness to the quality of the rooms I have noticed the owners renovating some of the rooms as including new carpeting and paint and so forth.the staff are really strict on keeping the hotel a quiet drama free place. They don't allow pets sadly but they do allow certified and licensed service animals which is awesome. They don't allow smoking in the building which is nice they do allow smoking outside though. They have cleaned the place up quite nicely. I honestly can see that the bad reviews are from people that truly have just gotten kicked out for breaking the rules of the hotel because as I said the staff is very strict about the rul
