Red Roof Inn Bourbonnais

Everyone here was extremely kind and accommodating! I didn’t exactly plan my trip as well as I should have and they assisted with helping me get it all sorted. The room was exactly what I was looking for and warm (it’s like 22 degrees atm). Over all a great place to be with great staff! Thank you for all you do!

rooms weren’t as spacious for double beds but it was clean & had minimal space. love that there’s nice size refrigerator and microwave, although the microwave was a bit old. the hot water goes in and out while showering with low stream and it was cold 20 degrees outside that was not enjoyable, . they did not provide enough towels for 4 guest though we had that in the booking but price was right for the stay. they should update the outside as there was holes in the ceiling above our room and needs to sweep the gravel off the floor so nobody trips

Positive: Bed was comfortable. Negative: The breakfast was nowhere near as good as it was advertised to be. Loud and uncomfortable to sleep due to other guests. Housekeeping never came to the room the entire 4 days I stayed had to find them to exchange towels.

I was in a pinch and needed somewhere to go with my children and red roof surprisingly delivered nothing but amazing service. The receptionists are amazing, very warm welcoming. The maintenance guy is very handy, The housekeeping is really nice and on point. Overall I recommend it.

This is the cleanest Red Roof you will find in the greater Chicago area. Prices are very reasonable compared to other chains. Heat works. Bed clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean/functional. Thanks for a great night of undisturbed sleep! Shannon the night clerk is such a sweetheart, she always goes out of her way to help guests. This place has improved immensely in the last few years. Zero complaints here, will be staying again.
