Red Roof Inn Annapolis

Utterly miserable experience, the rooms are disgusting, riddled with cockroaches. All of the staff are completely inept and inexperienced. On top of the absolute TERRIBLE attitudes from each and every one of them. The smell is always either marijuana, cigarettes or burning cockroaches from the heater (so much for non-smoking). I will NEVER be using this god awful hotel again. DO NOT STAY HERE ITS DISGUSTING ALL AROUND.

I’ve never stayed at a red roof inn, and honestly was a bit skeptical. I arrived to Annapolis around 4am due to terrible flight delays getting into BWI airport. Upon arriving to my original hotel, there was no one at the front desk and I was completely locked out with nowhere to go. On a whim I decided to walk over to this location. Not only was the front desk person there, but they were incredibly helpful. Super nice, friendly and really saved my butt after a horrendous travel day and experience. Let’s be honest, the building is rather old, but my room was clean and nice. For a literal last ditch / last minute booking this place was just perfect. The young man working over-night was honestly fantastic and went out of his way to help me. I consider myself very fortunate that he was working

Last minute booking, room was filthy. My son starting having an allergic reaction to what smelled as if there had been an animal in the room. Had to leave within an hour of check-in. Front desk person told us to call in the morning for a refund. When I contacted Booking, who we booked through, Red Roof fought them and would not refund any of our money. Highly dissatisfied!!

Came to the area for work and stayed at this hotel for the longest time. Had to leave due to being expensive for what it was worthy and honestly, the hotel just kept getting worse and worse as I stayed with my husband. Our first room floor was filthy turned feet black walking around as soon as we got in. The shower was hard to turn and could not adjust the head, so it was hard to shower without getting it all just in my face do my height. The shower also did not drain very well, so it would turn into a bath. Then, the door stopped working one day while I was at work, causing my husband to be locked out for 30 minutes the first time. This repeatedly happened six times until the last time under fight from the front desk girl and the guy who was supposed to fix it. He threatened to teach me
