Red River Gorgeous Wilderness Treehouse & Cabin Rental

Our family had the best time at the Huckleberry Farmhouse! The kids loved the sleeping loft, hot tub, and fire pit area. Located right inside the Nada tunnel, easy to drive to trailheads and still relatively close to several restaurants and stores. We'll be booking again on our next trip!

11 out of 10 stars for this INCREDIBLE weekend retreat! My family could not say enough great things about how much fun we had on our weekend away in the treehouses!! They seriously looked like they came straight out of a movie scene. The beautiful lights at night strung from house to house. The sleeping accommodations to the beautiful kitchen and bathroom; to the extras like the hot tub, the fire pit, the slide and the comfiest swing chairs we all fought to swing in. We are already planning our next visit and would stay in the treehouses again. Thank you Red River Gorgeous! You have created family memories for us to last a lifetime. #TradewindsTreehouse

We recently stayed at the Little Miss Sushine cabin rented by Red River Georgous cabin rentals. |Pluses of this cabin include the hot tub which was well maintained, the pleasant screen porch, and the comical hen who seemed to believe chickens should be inside and should ride in cars.|We found the stairs to the sleeping loft to be quite steep due to higher than average steps, and unsafe due to no railing. There is also not much room between the floor opening for the stairs and the corner of the mattress. We experianced an internet issue which staff was unable to resolve during our stay. This made planning our short time in the area difficult. My allergies flared up while we were inside Little Miss Sunshine, but happily cleared up as soon as we went outside, and we were able to enjoy the b

We stayed at the Sylvan Treehouse for 2 nights this week. The description of the treehouse was spot on. I knew it would be a stretch for me with no running water or electricity, but I surprised myself by thoroughly enjoying it. The treehouse is small but fine for 2 people as listed. I did go to the main office to shower once and was happy to find the water stayed hot the entire time. Laurel Lane is a gravel road and bumpy. But this is well described on the site; I have a Mazda CX-5. We made it to the treehouse just fine. The office was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time!

I will start by saying the one good thing about the cabin, it was the one of the cleanest cabins I have stayed in. Not perfect though, the tops of the fans were very dirty couldn't use them, the stove was not very clean, the plastic strip under kitchen cabinets was very dirty. The negatives: they state spotty cell service, LOL there is no cell service and we were very close to the office. Even hooking to their WiFi at the office our phones would still not work. If there had been a medical emergency we would have been on our own to get about 15-20 minutes away to be able to call for help. Treacherous road getting to the office/cabin and be ready to go through a one lane, very narrow rock tunnel. Cabin right off of road and you could hear every car going by.
