We stayed at the romance on the rocks cabin. It was beautiful clean, well stocked fair price. Short notice, be down there to pick up your key by 630pm and have it back by 11am when you are ready to check out. Great experience will be back for sure! UPDATE 6-29-21 STAYED AT SOUTHERN BELLE THIS WAS OUR SECOND CABIN EXPERIENCE Southern belle recommends 4 wheel drive my 2017 Honda had no problem getting up and down the hill. You may get a little scrapping on the undercarriage of your car but if you know how to drive you'll be fine. Low gear little speed automatic traction control helps which is standard in most newer cars. Now for the cabin. It was very secluded last house on the left type stuff. Hot tub great. Probably the single most adorable cabin I've ever been too. Very clean and up to date. Has everything you need from coffee maker to even a crock pot, hair dryer, etc. We stayed in the candlelight chalet. The hot tub was nice and clean but too much chlorine we thought. Love the bracelet key to get into the cabin. That never left My arm. My only big complaint is all the stipulations we have to sign. Not a big deal to do the towels and our bed sheets in the wash before leaving but the internet part....just be aware that the Wi-Fi doesn't include streaming music or movies, etc. If you do it and go over on GB then they charge you an extra $50 per night. Luckily I read all the rules before signing and we didn't get that fee. My friends had no idea until I told them. Make sure to read everything

I have stayed in RRG many time and never have I stayed in a cabin like this. We stayed in Mountain Rose for a quiet weekend getaway. It was anything but quiet. The road noise from the parkway is horrible, and the neighboring cabin is very close and the people staying there were super loud. The cabin lacked cleanliness, the kitchen table abd chairs had food on the, dust bunnies everywhere, cob webs all over both inside and outside. Let not forget to mention the dead cockroach in the doorway of the 1st floor bathroom(see picture). The beds were ok not great, tge couch you sunk in and had a hard time getting out of. As for the view there isnt one all you see is trees and when on the upper balcony the mountain is maybe 3 to 4 feet away from the deck making it feel really closed in. Also, this

Sunset Falls...where every day is "Leg Day" Man oh man...nothing like going up and down 6 floors Name is a little misleading...we did hear water running out in the wilderness overseeing the deck, but not an actual waterfall per se. Location is nice and secluded. Cabin was comfy and kept acceptably clean. Overall, family enjoyed our stay. Do not rent out this cabin if you are elderly or have mobility issues/concerns. I am not kidding when I said 6 floors, as you have to take 73 steps up/down to get to it. The other 2 cani s seemed more accessible. Front desk staff was very friendly and explained check in process perfectly. Reliable wifi, as the whole area is a cellular dead zone. Would I return? It was an 8 hour drive. 30 minutes away from everything. The perfect gettaway. Ye

The cabin was very nice. I did not like the driveway very well though, you had to back out and it was kind of narrow, but everything else was pretty good. The jetted tub did not work, and there were a couple of wasps in the room. But it had pots and pans and everything you need in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable. I would stay there again.
