Abner Motel

My truck broke down around here,I was all alone and 6 hours from home, the ladies working here went above and beyond to help me out and make me feel safe from the moment I walked in! They were kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was okay and safe!! The room was clean and comfortable, but what really stood out was the compassion. Big shout out to Lisa and the girls! If you ever find yourself in the area, know that these are good people. They made a crappy week a lot easier to get through, and I won’t forget that. Thank you very much!!

We were on motorcycles and rain was chasing us to find a place to stay. We ate at a little place in Stanton ! Waiter recommended it, said it was a little dated but very clean. So after a good meal off we went! Not far and rain was looming. Very friendly, clean. Yes a little dated but not a concern for us! Love that we were able to park right outside our room! Very quiet, no one walking on the next floor up and if anyone was next door we never heard anything! Coffee was tasty and she offered us towels to dry the seats off. ! Love these little motels!! Definitely would stay again!

Very clean, a good bed, and a friendly staff. All good.

Slept all night. Like a rock. Shower had good pressure and was very hot. Loved it.

The rooms were very clean and it was nice and quiet. Will definitely recommend and stay again.
