Red Mill Inn

We opened the door and walked three feet and looked at the floor and it was crawling with bugs. We left the room to get our money back. He had played a delay game trying to get us to take another room. I said no way I could never sleep. After pretending the machine would not give a refund he gave us cash back! DO NOT go there!

When I called to reserve a room I made it clear that we needed a pet-friendly room, even inquiring if there was an extra fee, plus requesting it be smoke-free and a single king bed. Can't believe that a motel still allows smoking in some rooms. We were given a "smoke-free" room, opened the door and left immediately - it smelled like walking into an ash tray. So they next gave us a double. Smell was iffy, but improved when we put the air on. I was sitting outside with my dog when the staff person who checked us in came out to say we weren't in one of their "pet-rooms" and would have to move again. She claimed it wasn't noted for our reservation. So we moved into our third room - probably the least accessible place in the building. Will never go back to this place.

Pretty clean 👌 compared to most other motels this is pretty nice

Do not check into the Redmill Inn. This place is infested with coaches- they are everywhere. We had checked in and the minute I stepped foot into the room I saw them crawling EVERYWHERE!!! Went to get my money back and left!!!! I would give them no stars if possible. STAY AWAY!!!

We had to leave because it was roaches under the sheets, hair in the bed, cigarette butts under the bed, baby roaches in the tub, and the fridge had moldy food in it. We spoke to the guy in charge to get our money back, he brung roach spray and new sheets. It was late checking in. We went to another hotel and it was lovely. I do not recommend this hotel. It's cheap but for a reason! I had my children with me. It was a terrible experience. The location is amazing but that hotel needs cleaning.
