Hyatt House Lewes / Rehoboth Beach

Hyatt House Lewes has consistently been a comfortable, friendly, and peaceful retreat in the Lewes area. The property is always well maintained and the staff are all welcoming and helpful. Very well managed and well functioning property. All my requests and questions have been dealt with quickly and with professionalism and courtesy. My Hyatt membership status is always been acknowledged and benefits the have been offered without having to ask. The staff are very kind and seem genuinely happy to be able to assist. Unlike many other places with kitchens/kitchenettes, this hotel keeps the kitchen utensils and cookware in great shape, well supplied, and with a generous variety of kitchen features, not just the bare minimum, so making meals is as convenient as being in my own house - a home aw

Positive: Great location, loved the very nice pool, nice that breakfast is included. Newer hotel Negative: My room did not get cleaned I stayed 6 days 5 nights. I had to go to the desk to ask for towels, toilet paper, trash to be picked up etc. never got sheets changed. The room was not as clean as I would have liked either/was dusty in some areas.

Big 5 Star rating for the staff at this hotel. Laurie, Jamie and Robbie took excellent care of us during a recent rare snow storm. Even as the hotel got completely booked because of power outages, they were kind, gracious and friendly. The chaos of nature didn't diminish their professionalism and we were so impressed with the many "hat's" they wore to make everyone happy. You are so lucky to have them!

I stay here a few times a year during the off season, Nov through April. I recently stayed here with husband and lil dog for the New Years Holiday. We had the most relaxing time: quiet, awesome breakfasts, clean and spacious, the most welcoming and dedicated staff too. Sol and Jamie always take care of my every need and concern and Dana and Robbie too. The staff, clean safe environment, and location have me going again and again and again. Since I found this lovely gem of a hotel in Lewes, DE this is my home away from home. I get to cook for myself and care for myself and rest and relax in order to recenter. In this manner, I can return home to my family and work and continue to give the necessary care and diligent work to my clients.

The Hyatt House Lewes was lovely! The facility was clean and quiet. There is a nice little outdoor patio to relax in the evening or eat breakfast in the morning. I got a good night’s sleep and grabbed some coffee on my way out (there were some breakfast options, but I wasn’t hungry yet). The staff was accommodating and friendly. If I am in the area, I will stay here again.
