Mold. Bugs. Smelled. If you have a mold allergy, even mild, DO NOT STAY HERE. It felt like my throat was on fire and my face was puffy. Walking to the room, the hallway was hot and musty. Very muggy. I walk into my room, it looks fine. I bend down to grab something and notice hair as well as crumbs on the ground. I look at the windows. There are 2-3 different kinds of molds growing on the windows here. Now I know why they kept the curtains closed. Not only that, but there is mildew growing on the shower ceiling. I thought that along with the smell of must was all, but I was doing some work on the bed and see bugs coming from behind the headboard. Amazing. Called the lobby, they were very deflective about the bugs and immediately claimed they came from someone else's luggage, possibly our o

The room was clean, although the hallways smell weird. We checked in after midnight and the older lady with the short pit bull is hysterical.

Positive: The room was clean. Negative: The bed was too hard, room smelled musty, no microwave for guests who are checking out to grab their breakfast and go, pool and sauna were not open.

The Red Lion brand has been steadily going downhill for years. I should have known better. The good news if you are the Red Lion management is that there are several easy opportunities for improvement. That would start with an uncaring, passive aggressive staff. A staff that is at the front desk when you show up. They were not when I got there. I kept saying “hello” with no answer. Called the number 3 times when someone rude finally showed up. I was noticeably frustrated and she made no effort at all to understand why and make things even a little bit better. Instead, she took my frustration for rudeness on my end and lectured me about it. Then, in front of me wrote on a piece of paper how rude I was! My mom would have been so proud of the way I handled it. No raised voice, not condescend

(Please read their deflecting response! Nonapologie for accusing us falsely, only that they should have accused us respectfully!! )Our 2 day stay with two conjoined rooms started great, although the check in process was rather long and alot of talking before you get your key. The TV was big but pixel problems the whole time and our microwave didnt heat a thing for some reason. Breakfast is to go and nice but without a microwave ahhh. Checkout was a nightmare as we were accused by Sharon at the front desk of bringing our dog into the pool the night before and when we reminded her that we didn't register a dog and didn't have one at all, she claimed she had us four on camera and that we must've used our key to let someone into the pool with a dog. We had reserved the pool the night before bu
