Friendly and welcoming staff. Room was excellent. I felt safe and comfortable staying at this location. Large ample free off street parking lot. Perfect for truck driver layovers. Thank you for the great experience 😊

Recently booked this hotel as it was walking distance to my event. Check in was very easy and happy service . Rooms were big and back site had nice views of the bay. They serve a complimentary breakfast but also have a restaurant full service opens a few days a week. The manager was a fine man and very helpful

Positive: I liked that I was able to get my room situation figured out very quickly. Drexel was amazing at accommodating my requests with a smile and friendly demeanor. He was very helpful. Negative: breakfast did not have many options for dairy/gluten free. Hard boiled eggs only meat protein. Very short staffed; morning shift desk on phone/unfriendly. Nocoffee in lobby/breakfast room on Sun. Broken lamp & dead bolt. Not enough hot water. Pricey

Employees are very nice and friendly. Minor housekeeping issues, but nothing major. Rooms are nice, but you can definitely hear your neighbors...breakfast is okay, but pretty much continental on the weekends. Would definitely stay again though!

First room....no heat in first room and 2nd floor we requested bottom floor. Next they put us in a 2 room suite with again no heat in one of the rooms and the hot water after running it for 20 mins still did not get hot. Went down for breakfast the room was pitch dark and very sporadic choices. The breakfast they allow to order wasn't ready yet. It was supposed to be open at 7 and we were there at 8am. Never staying here again.
