Red Bluff RV & MH Village

I just got my monthly rent bill and surprise surprise. Another rent raise. Thats like the 3rd or 4th rent raise this year... No notice on the raise just a bill with the rent being higher again.. there has to be a law to protect form this. Raising your rent 3 or for times a year with no written or verbal notice has to be illegal. Please help. I'm on disability and I cant afford this kind of price gouging, and because I didn't receive any notice whatsoever I have no choice other than to come up with the money to pay it. Please please please I need help with knowing if this is illegal or not.

We very much enjoy living here. Way more than we liked living at that other park. There's a beautiful pool and a big laundry room and a clubhouse. It's quiet and peaceful. We have a little yard and some breathing room between trailers, which is a huge improvement from our previous situation. This park is great, Lisa, the manager, is great, and it's just all around an enjoyable place to live. So glad we moved here!

I am a resident of this park and have been for Six years, when I first moved in, there was a lot of homeless in and out of the park, i’ve seen maybe three different managers that has really tried to upgrade the park, And make it family oriented, our Present Manager Lesa, Has made a world of difference, keeping out the Career Homeless and undesirables! She is always there if you have a problem in the park and to help you find a solution. She is a straight shooter, if there’s a problem, she comes to you and tells you what the problem is tells you how to correct it and tells you what happens if you don’t correct it! And she is on top of everything That goes on in this park! when the property owners found her, they hit the jackpot!

No shower closed every 1 month for a at least 3 week why are you charge for services

Too many people that wander around late night and early morning let alone the visitor's that show up block you in or make it difficult to get out of your driveway, rude & disrespectful!!!!!!!!!!
