Hummingbird House

I always try to patronize locally-owned hotels and motels when I travel. Was really happy with Hummingbird House. Cozy, quiet, and lots of attention to detail. Spent my time here reading, walking around town, and popping to Krystyna’s for a nice Valentine’s Day dinner. We’re already planning to come back.

My family met in Red Bluff for a wedding. We stayed at Hummingbird House for the long weekend. After the festivities each day, we went back to our beautiful surroundings to enjoy time together in the parlor. Our experience was exceptional from the beautiful room, outfitted with anything you might need, to the pastries and cookies provided. The amazing balcony was a bonus for enjoying a quiet time in the morning or evening. Thank you!|

Our stay at the Hummingbird was wonderful in every way. The sleeping rooms were comfortable, accommodating and tastefully decorated, each with a different theme. The common area parlor offered a variety of opportunity including reading, board games , puzzles and visiting in a comfortable setting with friends and/or guests with interesting stories from far away places. The out door balconies are both inviting and comfortable making our morning coffee and breakfast goodies experience enjoyable indeed . A five star rating does not do the Hummingbird experience justice., We can hardly wait for our next visit B. Cornelius

Hummingbird House was the most amazing setting for our small intimate wedding.. perfect for our guests and relatives to be able to share and stay at this exquisite and comfortable Victorian Airbnb …. Easy keyless entry, great communication about our stay and pastries in the morning was delightful. We were honored to be able to be the first wedding held there. Kate handled everything with ease and it surpassed our expectations. Hoping that more people will get to experience this jewel in Red Bluff. The owners, Doc and Susan are so kind and generous and made our wedding so memorable. Thank you for everything!

This charming boutique hotel offers a delightful stay with its clean and well-designed rooms, lovely decor, and nice amenities. The Victorian house ambiance adds to its charm, while the convenient location near restaurants, tap house (Enjoy), and convenience stores enhances the overall experience. Plus, the balcony with beautiful views of Mt. Lassen is certainly a highlight for guests seeking a picturesque setting.
