Best Western Antelope Inn & Suites

Positive: "" Negative: The TV channels available were christian-centric or conservative. VERY poor balance of outlooks. I thought I was staying in a right wing facility. NOT acceptable to me.

Upon arrival I entered the lobby and said I was there to check in. The person behind the counter said "I can't confirm anything until I see some ID". That struck me as a little rude. Not a good first impression. Upon entry into our room there seemed to be a weird smell, I equated it to someone trying to cover up cigarettes smell. It never went away during our two night stay. The room appeared clean other then the smell. It could use some upgrades as the carpet looked very old. The layout of the room was strange as the sink was right next to the door. Not a very big counter. Our body soap dispenser was also missing. The shower had decent pressure but the bathroom is small. The walls seemed thin as we could hear others talking pretty clearly. Good value for the money. We enjoyed the cool little extra perks. The koi pond, the bird aviary, the free destination charger for our electric vehicle. The only negative thing that we found was the room was little stuffy when we first arrived but that was quickly overcome by the air conditioner. The bed was excellent! We had a great night's sleep. We would definitely stay here again.

Very dirty rooms. Leftover food in the fridge, broken TV, sticky floor, hair in the bathtub. They are beautiful fish that are desperately too large for their pond.||Thankfully staff moved me to another room that was better but not ideal. The hotel has potential. Just needs have old carpet pulled and rooms cleaned.

While the location is convenient, I'd look for a better option with Best Western or other. Rooms were fine and were clean. While they allow pets, there is a postage stamp area for your pet to relieve themselves. Breakfast had no variety and what was offered was heated, cheap frozen ingredients.
