Nothing like the photos show. Weeds were knee high. Had to stop them down to hook up. Very dilapidated units was all I could see in the park. Never saw anyone around the office. Disgusting place! Would rather sleep between 18 wheelers.

Hospitality rates high marks. Owner, Brett, helped me locate a site. Well maintained sites. Nice laundry room is just $2.00 per load to wash and $2.00 dry. Pet friendly. Hoping for a dog park in the future?? The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because every morning at 5 am heavy diesel truck engines woke me up (while leaving for work, etc.). There is road noise at busy commute hours. I enjoyed my stay of 4 nights. I will probably stay again. They cater mostly to the fulltime construction workers, not vacationers.

Good park, quick in and out, and good water quality (make sure to prime the pump first). Wasn't crowded when I got there but it's the tail end of the season. There was some road noise and dogs barking from a distance but nothing too bad or annoying. Was able to register late at night and didn't have any issues connecting.

Thank you for the quick accommodation. Really appreciate the help and hospitality during an untimely, unexpected and unplanned evacuation from not one but 2 hurricanes (Marco & Laura). Finding the place was easy, check in was a breeze, and our 42ft fifthwheel fit on site perfectly. Owners are very down to earth, kind people, real breath of fresh air and comforting.
