Executive Inn Mount Pleasant TX

We drove 10 hours, Thanksgiving day and they didn't have the room I paid for on October 30th. I wanted 2 queen bed and not a king. ||Second issue, the bed wasn't made, so we had to wait for that.||I called last night to ask what time breakfast is, and they just serve coffee. ||I'm in town for a family wedding. I booked this hotel specifically for the pool tables, and free breakfast. I needed something cheap to entertain my family with because I'm on disability. I'm already crying because this has been a disaster. ||I'm blaming Trip Advisor. This isn't even the same hotel! Yes, it's The Executive Inn, but the amenities, pictures, etc. are not this hotel. |Trip Advisor redirected to Expedia, which is fine (I've used Trip Advisor a lot), and they didn't have the room. I paid over $30

Better experience than other motels here in mt pleasant tx. Nice clean non smoking room. I will stay here next time I am here. I like that I don't have to travel to texarcana or longview to get a comparable motel.

We had a great stay here. Stopped on the way back to Arkansas and had a great big room with a nice bathroom and a door leading outside and one into the hotel. Nice staff and nice room

Staff was friendly, Jay Patel was on duty when I checked in, room was mostly clean. Bathroom sink was dirty. Sink doesn’t drain properly, neither did the bathtub. Took hours for them to fully drain. Didn’t see bugs until the morning, baby roaches and one spider. Walls have holes in them in many places. Price was ok, beds were comfy and clean. Room number was 111, stayed this past weekend.

TV didn't work. After minor troubleshooting it still didn't work. No soap in the dispensers in the room. No shampoo or conditioner either in the shower. No breakfast in the morning. Just a light brown cup of coffee which I'm sure they charged me for. Hmm not horrible but not great. Mediocre room at best.
